This policy applies to all attendees, exhibitors, and sponsors.
If an attendee is unable to attend, VSTE prefers that the registration be transferred to another attendee. Transfer requests MUST be made in writing and received three business days prior to the first day of the conference. Contact email@example.com to transfer a registration to a new attendee.
All requests for refunds MUST be submitted in writing via email to the Executive Director, Virginia Society for Technology in Education RECEIVED no later than 11:59 PM ET by the dates listed below. Telephone requests WILL NOT be honored.
Written requests for refunds will be processed as follows:
•Received 30 days prior to the conference start date – Full refund, less a $20 per person administrative fee
•Received 15 days prior to the conference start date– 50% refund, less a $20 per person administrative fee
•Received less than 5 days prior to the conference start date – Refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
•Received after the conference start date – Refunds will not be considered.

NOTE: Weather-related cancellations are handled by our insurance company, special rules apply and updates will be published on the conference website if needed.
