NOTE: Unlike previous years, attendees will not be picking specific sessions to attend. Your registration ticket allows admittance to the general conference and you can pick sessions of interest throughout the conference.

Lodging Information:
The VTEEA Summer Conference Hotel is the Holiday Inn Charlottesville-University.
Rate is $125.00 (single or double) plus the prevailing city and state taxes (11.3%)
Reservations must be confirmed by June 29, 2015. Individuals must call the hotel direct to make reservations at 434 977-7700. Ask for the VTEEA block of rooms.
Cancellation of a reservation must be completed at least 72 hours prior to arrival, less than 72 hour notice a penalty fee of first night room and tax will be charged.
