This policy applies to all attendees, exhibitors and sponsors.
If an attendee is unable to attend, VSTE prefers that the registration be transferred to another attendee. Contact the firstname.lastname@example.org to make the transfer.
All requests for refunds MUST be submitted in writing via email to the Executive Director, Virginia Society for Technology in Education RECEIVED no later than 11:59 PM ET by the dates listed below. Telephone requests WILL NOT be honored.
Written requests for refunds will be processed as follows:
•Received by November 15, 2021 – Full refund, less a $20 per person administrative fee
•Received November 16 through November 30, 2021– 50% refund, less a $20 per person administrative fee
•Received on or after December 1, 2021 – Refunds will be considered on a case by case basis.
